Why should I drink meal replacement shakes?

There are many reasons that drinking meal replacement shakes can benefit you.
The shakes are packed with essential nutrients & vitamins which is great to help you feel full which in turn helps control your appetite and reduce calorie intake. The use of shakes to replace a couple of meals per day is ideal for weight loss.

I want to lose weight. Do I need to exercise as well as drink the shakes?

The short answer is no. Exercise is not essential to lose weight however combining our products with exercise can lead to more effective weight loss by helping boost metabolism and fat burning.
More importantly, exercise is known to have positive effects on mental health, reducing stress, anxiety, and depression. Incorporating 20-30 minutes of daily walking into your routine while following a protein shake diet can contribute to improved well-being and a more positive mindset.

Can I use protein shakes to replace all my meals?

No, it is not generally advisable to replace all your daily meals with shakes as it’s not likely to be sustainable for most people in the long term. Eating a varied and balanced diet of whole foods will contribute to overall health and ensure you’re getting a broader spectrum of nutrients.
We recommend replacing two meals per day with shakes and having one of our snack bars if you feel like something extra.

How many shakes and snack bars can I have per day?

On average, in order to lose weight you should aim for around 15-20 calories per kg of body weight. This varies depending on age, sex, activity level and general health. Our shakes and snack bars have approximately 200 calories in them.
As an example, if you weigh 80kg, your estimated calorie intake would be around 1200-1600 calories per day. Generally women are on the lower end and men are on the higher end of the scale. Consuming 2 meal replacement shakes and 2 snacks per day will still leave you with a further 400-800 calories for your remaining meal.
